Thousands Of Brits Returning Home After Going to Australia
Thousands of people who live in the UK emigrate to Australia or New Zealand each year in the hope that the move will give them a better quality of life.
But it seems that there has started to become a shift the other way and many who have made the move are starting to come back to the UK as the way of life Down Under was not quite what they expected
The UK and Australia have enjoyed a close bond for many years and this has only been made stronger with many families spanning crossing the two countries
It seems like a dream come true for many to be able to live in a country that whilst enjoys such a wonderful climate is still very similar to the life that they have left back home.
7000 Brits left Australia in 2009-2010 and decided that they wanted to go back to their home country. This is despite the fact that the Australian economy seems to be booming in comparison to the economy here in the UK.
It seems that for many people the real sense of belonging to a country can never really be sought somewhere that was not their place of birth and for many the distance is far too far away from their friends and family and this is what eventually brings them home.
