George Michael to Cancel Tour Dates Due to Ill Health
It has been reported that the Singer George Michael has had to pull out of his remaining tour dates as he has been suffering pneumonia.
The announcement came from his publicist who sad that due to his ill health he was not able to go on with his touring commitments.
George Michael who is now 48 years old had to be admitted to hospital in Vienna on Monday after he was taken ill. He is now being treated for severe pneumonia. However his publicist has made an announcement to say that he is recovering well and that he is responding to treatment slowly but surely.
Fans who have missed out on the tour have been told that discussions are currently underway to re-organise the missed dates.
The singer has been on tour since August when he started in Prague. The tour was meant to include 47 dates and he was due to begin the UK leg of his tour on Saturday.
His publicists said that any rumours surrounding his illness are untrue and that he was suffering from a very severe form of pneumonia.
